Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water

In mixing bowl, put melted butter, 2 1/2 cups water, salt, and pudding

Add yeast mixture to bowl

Add flour slowly to smooth batter, when it gets too heavy, beat with spoon until you can kneed with hands

Remove queen knead on a board

Place in a large erased pan and let rise until dough doubles

Punch down, roll out for cinnamon rolls 1/2 at a time

Butter well with soft butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon

Cut into 1 inch slices

Place rolls in pans or on cookie sheet. let rise

Back 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees

Glaze with powdered sugar mixture while still hot
