Ingredients

  1. 150 mloat milk
  2. 75 gself raising gluten free flour
  3. Dropvanilla extract
  4. 1 teaspoonegg replacer
  5. 1 tablespoonsugar
  6. 1overripe banana 🍌

Cooking Instructions

    Weigh out the ingredients and warm your pan with a little oil.

    Mix it all together in a jug

  3. 3

    Pour a small amount into your warm pan and allow to cook.

  4. 4

    Flip over once cooked on the bottom and serve with sugar and lemon juice or maple syrup.
