In large saucepan over low heat, melt butterscotch morsels and peanut butter

Stir in cereal until pieces are coated
3

Stir in chocolate morsels until combined but not melted
4

Spread on wax paper-lined tray
5

Chill 30 min or until coating is set
6

Store in airtight container
