In a bowl add maida wheat flour baking soda 2 tbsp ghee curd salt and mix well then add how much you want water and prepare the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes. Soak the white chana overnight and next day in the pressure cooker take 3 whistle.

In a pan and put oil then add jeera and all Khada masala (whole spices) and add onion green chilli, ginger, garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes then add tomato puree in them and add all the dry masala and cook for 5 minutes then add boiled chhole and fry for 5 minutes add water two cups and cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Chole is ready.

Take the dough and give the round shapes balls and prepare puris.Heat the oil and fry the puris. Chole bhature is ready garnish with coriander leaves and lemon and onion....
