In a small cooker or pan add oil. Once it is hot add mustard.

Once mustard pops, add tomatoes

Add water and stir well. Let it boil

Stir it. Add sambar powder and salt as per taste. Instead of sambar powder, you can add chilli powder and coriander powder too.

Add potatoes. Mix well

Close the lid and put weight. Wait till 2 whistles and switch it off

Once it settled, open and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves

Phata phat sabzi ready. This is no onion no garlic recipe. Can be used to vrat days too
