A variation to regular kesari with goodness of milk and flavour of fresh sapota. It's a simple yet delicious dessert.
Steps

Wash, deseed and cut sapota fruit into pieces. Grind it into paste along with half cup of milk

Heat a tablespoon of ghee and fry cashew, kishmish and set aside. In the same pan add another tablespoon of ghee and roast rava until it turns light brown with nice aroma. Transfer it to a plate.

In the same pan add a tablespoon of ghee and saute the ground paste for few minutes. Add water and remaining milk and bring it to boil.

Slowly add roasted rava and stir continuously until all the moisture is absorbed and well cooked

Add sugar and remaining ghee and mix well.keep stirring until it leaves the sides of the pan.

Add cardamom powder, roasted cashews, kishmish and serve
