Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgram flour / besan
  2. 1/2 cupOil
  3. Pinchhing
  4. 1 tspAjwain
  5. 2 tbspSalt
  6. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspCrushed black pepper
  8. 1/2 tspCrushed clove
  9. 1 pinchbaking soda
  10. as neededWarm water
  11. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a gram flour mix all dry ingredients well and put 1/2 cup medium hot oil and mix well and make soft dough with the help of warm water and keep aside for 15 min.

  2. 2

    In a pan put oil and on the flame now grease a sev machine with oil and put dough in the machine before using dough add some more water in a little part of dough and mix well and soft it then put.

  3. 3

    When oil gets hot make sev and fry in medium flame it takes less time to cook do not over cook otherwise it gets burn. Take it out easily and enjoy it..
