Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Roast and clean the peppers.

Spread a circle of ground beef on a plastic bag and fill it with poblano pepper.

Then roll it up with bacon.

In a pan with a little oil, place the meat skewers and cover. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
