3 cupsChicken/veg broth or water
Milk (optional)

Soften the leek in butter.

Add crushed ginger, diced carrots and cook like for 3 min

Add your broth and salt to taste. bring to boil until carrots are soft.

Let it cool then blend

Enjoy with croutons or as it is
