Steps

Take small whole potatoes, and fry them in white oil.

Now pressure the mutton in cooker for 15 minutes or till done.When cool, put the potatoes, and pressure again for 2 to 3 whistles.

Now, check the seasoning, if required add sugar and salt according to ur taste. Add the black pepper powder, and ghee.

Keep the mutton for 1/2 an hr for marination, after mixing with all the ingredients.

Stir properly. Now the mutton is ready. Serve hot, with plain rice.

Ghee and black pepper powder, should be put only at the end.After that it should not be boiled again.
