Boil the fresh omena for 5mins then remove them from the sufuria

Let them dry and then place place your sufurias on source of heat then add enough cooking oil and heat until it becomes light,deep your omena and fry till it turns brown and crunchy

Add chopped onion then add salt and fry till the onions are brown.

Add tomatoes and coriander,simmer for 5mins for tomatoes to form a thick soup.

Serve hot with veges and ugali, so yummy
