Ingredients

  1. Green Onions
  2. 1/2 CupRed Onion
  3. 5 clovesgarlic chopped
  4. 1 lbsGround Pork
  5. 1 TspGinger powder
  6. 1 TbspSriracha
  7. 14 ozBag Coleslaw mix (broccoli preferred)
  8. 3 TbspSoy or Coconut Aminos
  9. 1 TbspRice wine vinegar
  10. 1 tspPepper
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Topping Sauce
  13. 1/4 cupmayo
  14. 1-2 TbspSriracha
  15. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the red onion, garlic, green onions (separating white and green parts)

  2. 2

    Saute the 1/2 cup red onions, then add the onion pearl of the green onions, then the 5 garlic cloves in sesame oil, 5-10 mins

    Brown the 1 lbs pork, stirring in 1 tsp ginger and 1 Tbsp Sriracha

  4. 4

    Add the coleslaw, 3 Tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos), 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar, and 1 tsp pepper with salt. Cook for about 5 mins

    Whisk the 1/4 cup mayo and 1-2 Tbsp Sriracha.

    Garnish with the green, green onions
