Ingredients

  • 1 bundlespinach chopped
  • 1potato chopped
  • 1 slicepumpkin chopped
  • 2 tspfive spices
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices,green chillies

  2. 2

    Now add chopped vegetables and saute

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    Now add chopped spinach and mix well, cover and cook

  5. 5

    As moisture dries up add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve with rice
