Drain water en add all the ingredients except oil. Then put in the fridge for 2 hours

Preheat eat your oven on 170c°Brush your tray with oil then add your fish to the tray en place it in the oven
- 4
Wait for 20 minutes then remove serve with vegetable en ugali
