Ingredients

  1. 1.5 kgred snipper
  2. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  3. Salt
  4. Saumu kiasi
  5. Ginger kiasi
  6. 1 teaspoonWhite vinegar
  7. 1 teaspooncooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your fish into small pieces, wash them.

  2. 2

    Drain water en add all the ingredients except oil. Then put in the fridge for 2 hours

    Preheat eat your oven on 170c°Brush your tray with oil then add your fish to the tray en place it in the oven

    Wait for 20 minutes then remove serve with vegetable en ugali
