Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupomena
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the omena in plenty of hot water,

  2. 2

    Put in a pan,let it drain excess water at alow heat.

  3. 3

    Add in onion and oil,fry for 5 mins,add the tomatoes and green pepper, cover,let it cook till us ready,season with salt,serve with ugali.
