Put chicken in a sufuria and let boil with a little water and salt until tender, 5-10mins for broiler longer for kienyeji

Fry onions, add garlic and continue frying. Add potatoes, carrots and tomatoes. Cook, stirring occasionally until tomatoes are well cooked

Add chicken back in, a cup water and stir. Cover and let cook till potatoes are ready. Add cube and more water if necessary to make a thick gravy. Allow to simmer a few more minutes. Serve with accompaniment of choice
