I used light Mayonaise added a crushed Garlic clove.
Steps

Mix the warm water with the yeast and sugar mix and leave for 5 minutes. Until frothy

Take it out and sprinkle over some grated cheese fold it over and over make a long sausage shape add more cheese on top and roll it over.

Add the frothy mix to a bowl and add the flour a tbls at a time and salt. Mix with your hands until its a dough not too wet not too dry. You may add a little more water if needed. Or add to a mixer.

Add to a round dish if you have one or just 8 inch long tins grease first and make 2 long loaves.

Add a tea towel over it and leave for an hour it will have risen by then.

Add to a preheated oven 180C for 3/4 of an hour. Take out when its golden light brown. Serve as a tear n share with a dip in the middle.
