Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. I.e. flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and whisk using a manual whisk until mixed properly for 2 mins

Mix all the wet ingredients. Start by beating all the eggs in a bowl. Pour in the milk and whisk with a manual whisk. Pour the coffee and mix with the whisk. Pour the cooking oil into the mixture then whisk. Lastly, pour in the vanilla essence and whisk. All the above should take about 2 mins

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk for about 2 minutes

Pour the batter in the prepared tin (greased with batter and flour, for the cake not to stick) and put it in the oven to bake

To prepare the butter cream, melt the chocolates and put them aside to cool down. Beat the butter until pale, almost white in color. Add the sifted sugar, little by little as you whisk. Then add the melted chocolate to the butter cream and icing sugar mixture and whisk until creamy

Decorate the inside and the outside of the cake with the prepared butter cream
