Steps

Keep all ingredients in a tray, Boil the milk in a vessel, once it cools add one spoon curd -cose the lid to make curd. Leave for 4hours.

Once the curd sets, drain the excess water, using a clean white cloth on a strainer, keep it for 30minutes, so that extra water is absorbed.

Transe the curd to a bowl, add honey, powdered cardmom, saffron mix well
- 4
Ghee roast dry fruits, add to the shreekhand mix. Shreekhand is ready.
