Ingredients

  • 6 cupssemovita
  • 1 TBSyeast
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/8 cupsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 litrewarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the semovita with warm water and yeast in a container and cover to let it rise.

    When it has risen add salt, baking powder, sugar and a little water to the mixture if it is too thick.

    Put masa fry pan on fire add oil and star frying, turn and when it is done remove it form the pan.
