Kiwi Candies
Steps

In a pan, heat the sugar and cook it till it melts.

Peel and cut the Kiwis into thin slices.Now transfer the Kiwi slices into the pan and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.(on heating Kiwis colour become light so we can add organic green colour- optional step)

Switch off the gas and keep it aside for half an hour.

Again heat the pan and cook till sugar starts crystallises.

Transfer the kiwi Candies to a plate and keep it in sunlight for 3-4 days. Once candies dry completely sprinkle sugar powder over them.

Delicious Kiwi Candies are ready to relish, it really tastes great. it can be stored for 5-6 months in jar.
