Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degree and prepare your baking tin

Measure all ingredients mix the dry ingredients and sieve.

Using a hand mixture mix sugar n margarine until pale and fluffy
- 4
Add one egg at a time mix for 1 min before adding another one.

Add lemon zest lemon juice and vanilla essence mix until well incorporated
- 6
Add sieved flour n baking powder in 3 bit fold well.

Transfer into your prepared greased tin and tap gentle on the floor to remove any excess air
- 8
Bake for 40 mins or until an inserted skewer comes out clean
- 9
Let it cool and decorate ad per your desire.
