Ingredients

  • As requiredLeft over roties/ fulkas/chapaties
  • SomeOil
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1Chopped tomatoes
  • as neededGreen chutney
  • As requiredTamarind chutney
  • As requiredCurd (optional)
  • To tasteChat masala
  • SomeSev
  • SomeChopped coriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut strips of left over rotis and and deep fry in oil or roast it crispy.

  2. 2

    Keep this strips in serving plate and sprinkle salt and red chilli pwder on it then pour green chutney, tamarind chutney and curd on it.

    Sprinkle chopped onion, tomatoes,chat masala on it. Lastly sprinkle sev on it and serve it immediately.
