Early breakfast, i was supposed to make meat pies with this egg but as hunger set in, i had to paused meat pie and fry the egg 😁. After election i’ll go out and buy more eggs for my pie. Whisk egg in a bowl and add shredded spring onions with bell pepper sprinkle in some salt

Grease pan with vegetable oil and set on lowest heat to heat up slightly

Then pour in the egg and cover for it to set slowly until top to bottom is set

Mainwhile season yam with salt and deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
