Steps

Firstly chop the anjir in to tiny pieces.Then boil in steam for about 5 minutes.

Once the anjir has cooked well and has cooled down add the fresh cream and blend it in the mixer to make paste.

Then add 3 cups of khoya to roast for 10 minutes,then add sugar.Then stir for 25 minutes.

When the mixture starts to dry and harden.Then add the chopped almonds,kaju and pista to it.When the anjir halwa is ready the ghee will come out and will dry.

To garnish add half teaspoon of elaichi powder to it
