Steps

Make garlic paste and fry it in butter or ghee, Salt as per tasst.Then take bread and toast at the one side only then spread garlic paste on toasted side,

Then take chillies of small pieces and place on bread, spread Cheese and last take chilli flakes and cook on pan (cover it) (u can also add coriander leaves)

After 2 minutes Check and if cheese melt so it's done...😉
