Beetroot Carrot Rava Masala Dosa

Grate beetroot and carrot. Take 1 1/2 bowl water. Boil for 5 min. Let it cool. Strain water. Take a bowl. Add Sooji salt and this water. Mix well and keep aside for 20 min.

Meanwhile prepare stuffing. Chop onions lengthwise. Mash boiled potatoes. Take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add mustard seeds and Urad dal. Add green chillies. Curry Pata. Now add chopped onions. Saute. Add salt and turmeric powder. Now add mashed potatoes. Mix well. Cook for 2 min. Add coriander leaves. Keep aside.

Now make dosas. Take a non stick tawa. Drizzle with oil. Pour 1 laddle full of batter. Spread. Cook from both sides.

Enjoy with potato masala and coconut chutney.
