It is the dish of choice when an individual observes a "fast" during Shivratri, Navratri, or a similar Hindu religious occasion.This khichdi doesn’t use a lot of spices and that’s because it’s often made during the fasting season and a lot of spices are prohibited to be eaten during that time.It's very easy to cook in a short time and very tasty recipe.In this recipe i did not use any vegetables but you can use as your choice.

First wash the sabudani soak for a minute and drain the water and leave it to swell for 8 hours

Then Take pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves,red chilli pieces, groundnut seeds,turmeric powder then add sabudani mix it properly

Then add salt and groundnut powder and mix it properly then it's ready to eat,decorated as a boat shape with carrot as a person
