Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupsabudani
  2. 2red chilli pieces
  3. 1/2 cupgroundnut powder
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 5 piecescurry leaves
  9. water to wash sabudani
  10. 1 tspgroundnut seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash the sabudani soak for a minute and drain the water and leave it to swell for 8 hours

  2. 2

    Then Take pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves,red chilli pieces, groundnut seeds,turmeric powder then add sabudani mix it properly

  3. 3

    Then add salt and groundnut powder and mix it properly then it's ready to eat,decorated as a boat shape with carrot as a person
