In a cooker,heat oil.add heeng,jeera,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1tsp (each)sukha dhaniya,red chilli and salt.saute fr 4-5 seconds.

Add 1.5 glass of water

Add matar and cook it for 45 mins on sim

Add garam masala and fresh coriander after it is cooked.Mix well and keep aside

Mashed potatoes and mix all spices to it with soaked poha.

Make balls and shallow fry

For serving in a bowl,put potato pattice first,pour prepared ragda on top of it.

Now put some tamarind chutney,chopped onion,coriander,pomegranate seeds,sprinkle some chaat masala and zero no.sev

Serve hot!
