Signature Beans porridge

Pick stones and dirt for the beans wash and soak the beans for 3 hours(this is done to avoid blotting stomach).

Wash and drain the soaked beans add to a pot and bring to boil for 10 minutes, being down from heat drain and rinse the beans

Add the beans to the pot bring to boil and cook until is soft add onions, pepper, fish stock, fish, palm oil, crayfish, seasoning cube, and finally add ugu leaves allow to simmer then turn off heat.

Wash and slice plantain round cut, heat vegetable oil allow it to get hot, then add the plantain allow to fry till brown.

Garnish the beans with fried plantain and fish
