Fry the onion till soft or slightly golden brown. The steam couldn't gimme a clear pic.

Add in chopped tomatoes and stir. Simmer till soft.

Add in peppers and simmer for 5 Mins.

Shell the eggs and cut them into quarters then add into the mixture. Stir gently and then add half a cup water or more(depending on the sauce you require) and salt. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5mins and serve with an accompaniment of your choice.

NB:-there are no hard and fast rules into this recipe..you could use the fresh herbs readily available to you,say coriander or any other peppers
