Steps

Take a big bowl add boiled mashed patotoes and grated paneer together then add chopped green chilli mix properly.

Add all dry spices like red chilli powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,chaat masala powder & salt mix all properly.

Now add chopped corrainder leaves mix all ingredients well stuffing is ready for masala sandwiches.

Take all bread slices apply ghee or butter on both the sides then spread stuffing on 1 bread and cover another bread press gently.

In a sandwich maker put masala bread for few minutes cooked till golden colour for both the sides.

Use non stick pan also if not having sandwich maker.

After grilled spread some grated cheese over top on sandwiches and some black pepper then serve.
