  1. 100 gmsdate palm seedless
  2. 350 mlmilk
  3. 2 tspsugar
  4. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  5. For garnish
  6. strandsSome Chopped almonds and saffron

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash date palm with water

  2. 2

    In a deep pan boil milk add dates in it,boil till dates becomes soft

  3. 3

    Cool and grind milk and dates in mixer grinder,add sugar, cardamom powder

  4. 4

    Seive the mixture

  5. 5

    Pour in glass, garnish chopped almonds,pista,and saffron strands

  6. 6

    Serve hot or cold
