Ingredients

5 servings
  • 200 gmsbottle gourd peeled and cut into squares
  • 250 gmstomato cubed
  • 1/4 tspginger grated
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspsugar
  • to tasteBlack salt
  • SomeChopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Add bottle guard, tomato,ginger salt, sugar in pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Pour 4 cups of water, pressure cook for 2-3 whistle

  3. 3

    Cool and blend mixture with hand blender

  4. 4

    Seive and boil again

  5. 5

    Add black pepper powder and coriander.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
