200 gmsbottle gourd peeled and cut into squares
250 gmstomato cubed
1/4 tspginger grated
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspsugar
to tasteBlack salt
SomeChopped coriander

Add bottle guard, tomato,ginger salt, sugar in pressure cooker

Pour 4 cups of water, pressure cook for 2-3 whistle

Cool and blend mixture with hand blender

Seive and boil again

Add black pepper powder and coriander.

Serve hot.
