Ingredients

  • 200 gmbutton mushroom
  • 2/3 cupfresh peas (matar)
  • 3medium size tomatoes, finally chopped
  • 1medium size onion, finally chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspgarammasala powder
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 3-4 tbspoil
  • 1small green capsicum, chopped
  • To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add onions & saute.

  3. 3

    Add Ginger garlic paste.

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes & green chillies.

  5. 5

    Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, garammasala, coriander powder. Saute till oil starts to leave the sides of the onion tomato masala mixer.

  6. 6

    Add chopped mushrooms, peas& capsicum.

  7. 7

    Saute for 2-3 min. Then add little water.

  8. 8

    Cover the pan & cook till the peas are softened.

  9. 9

    Serve magar mushroom hot with rotis, naan or chapatis.
