Ingredients

  1. 4medium boiled peeled mashed potates
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2green chillies finally chopped
  5. 1/4Turmeric powder
  6. 2 tsplemon juice
  7. 1 tbspcorinder powder
  8. 2 tspsugar
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Oil for deep frying
  11. 1 cupbesan
  12. Pinchsoda bi - carb
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1/4Turmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil add ginger garlic paste, green chillies tumeric powder, corinder, lemon juice, potatoes sugar and salt mix well. Keep it side.

    Divided the mixture and equal portions. Roll out each portion into a round and keep a side.

    Take a another bowl add besan, salt, turmeric powder and soda bi-carb, water smooth batter consitancy.

    Heat the oil in a fry pan.Deep the potato rounds in the prepared batter and deep fry few at time on medium flame, till they turns golden brown colour from all the sides.

    Drain absorbent paper and serve hot with green chtuney.
