Ingredients

30 minutes Makes 5-6 taquitos
  1. 1 canchicken chunks
  2. 1/2 packettaco seasoning
  3. 2 tablespoonscream cheese
  4. 5-6medium tortillas
  5. Cheese
  6. Onion (optional)
  7. Peppers (optional)
  8. Salsa (optional)
  9. Sea salt
  10. Rice side

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes Makes 5-6 taquitos
  1. 1

    Put canned chicken in a pan, when heated add water and taco seasoning (usually about a half of a packet will cover it, but season to your own desires)

  2. 2

    Once water has boiled out, add cream cheese and mix on heat until melted.

  3. 3

    Put chicken mix, shredded cheese, diced peppers and onions on tortilla and roll up and place in pan. Sprinkle with sea salt.

    Bake on 375 for 12-15 minutes or until torillas are golden brown on the edges.

  5. 5

    Serve with a rice side. I like rice pilaf.
