Put canned chicken in a pan, when heated add water and taco seasoning (usually about a half of a packet will cover it, but season to your own desires)

Once water has boiled out, add cream cheese and mix on heat until melted.

Put chicken mix, shredded cheese, diced peppers and onions on tortilla and roll up and place in pan. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake on 375 for 12-15 minutes or until torillas are golden brown on the edges.

Serve with a rice side. I like rice pilaf.
