Heat the olive oil in a pot.

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and let them soften.

Add the chopped cabbage and sliced carrot, and let them sauté.

Add the spices, lemon zest, water (I use boiling), and orzo.
- 5
Reduce the heat and cover the pot. Cook for about 20 minutes. If needed, add more water during cooking.

When it's ready, turn off the heat and add the lemon juice!
