Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlleft over khichdi
  2. 1finely chopped tomato
  3. 1finely chopped onion
  4. 1 smallcapsicum
  5. to taste salt and red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp jeera/cumin
  7. 2 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a frying pan, add ghee saute jeera (cumin), onion tomato and capsicum now add salt and red chilli powder according to your taste.

    Now add simple khichdi.

  3. 3

    Mix well, cook 2 minute add 1 cup water if needed and mix well.

  4. 4

    Tadka khichdi is ready.
