Steps

Perboil noodle, strain and keep aside. Cut all veggies.

Heat pot, add 2 tablespoon of oil. When hot, add onion, carrots and green beans. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add noodle stock, add noodle seasonings. Add pepper and noodle and combine well. Check taste and allow to cook.

Serve on your bread toast or buttered bread.
