Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes. Donot overboil them

  2. 2

    Make 4 cuts in the potatoes. Fill them with the sauce & rosemary

  3. 3

    Pour the remaining sauce on the potatoes.

    Sprinkle cheese,chilli flakes,black pepper

    Bake in a moderate oven @160°c till golden brown
