Wash and cut cabbage, potato, tomato, onion

Take a kadahi.Heat oil.Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onion.When onion turns red add turmeric and chilli powder and garam masala.

Add tomato,Salt and mix it well.Now add cabbage, matar and potato.Mix well for 2 minutes.

Cover kadahi.And switch the flame low.After 5 minutes.Mix again.

Add water as required.

When potato become soft..Switch the flame off.Add sabji masala and virender leaves.

Eat with paratha/ roti.
