Ingredients

2-3 servings

1 cupfresh curd
1/2 cuppineapple, chopped cubes
1/4 cuppomegranate seeds (optional)
2-3 tbsp sugar or add per taste
1 tbsp roasted cumin powder as needed
5-6cashew, chopped
1-2 tsp coriander leaves
2-4 tbspnjelly cut into cubes or in any shape
To tasteSalt

Take curd in a bowl. Whip the curd till it's smooth.

Add spices powders as needed,sugar and salt to the curd. Mix well.

Take pineapple and cut it.

Pineapple and jelly cut into cubes.

Add half pineapple, jelly,pomegranate seeds,coriander leaves and cashew.

Reserve the other half for garnishing.

Chill the pineapple raita before serving.

Now, garnish the pineapple raita.

Finally, serve special pineapple raita.

Serve it with love.
