Cut and wash ur yam,put frying pan on fire add oil,wash and drain ur yam sprinkle some salt and mix it put it in d hot oil and fry it

Dice ur onions,grind ur scotch bonnet and garlic heat oil in a souce pan add d grinded onions,garlic and scotch bonnet fry it a little den u break ur eggs n wishked and pour it inside d pot keep staring it to about it from sticking wen d egg is scrambled is done

Wash and cut ur paw paw serve it in a bowl
