  • 1 bowlrice
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tbspghee
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 bowlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    First we take a pan,heat ghee add cumin

  2. 2

    Roast rice in ghee for a minute,add 2 glass of water and cover the lid

  3. 3

    Cook till water reduce completely,and serve hot.
