Ingredients

  • 250 gmspotato
  • 250 gmsbrinjal
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tsp kashmiri mirch
  • 1 tsp haldi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take two tsp oil in pan

  2. 2

    Then mix jeera chopped onion fry upto brownish colour then add garlic paste kashmiri mirch and fry the masala properly.

  3. 3

    Then add chopped potato and brinjal add water upto two cups and cover up to half hour.

  4. 4

    Once the vegetables get soft serve hot.
