Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupsemolina
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  5. 1 tspcarom seeds
  6. as neededoil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients with 2 tbsp oil and mix enough water and knead a soft dough,keep aside for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Now make a big chapati,cut squares and deep fry in hot oil till crisp
