Sieve flour and baking powder and set aside

In a bowl put eggs and essence

Beat until light,then add sugar and oil

When fluffy add flour alternating with milk

Then fold in the mashed bananas

Then pour in the greased baking tin or sufuria.

Bake for 40-45 mins at 180°c
