Ingredients

  • 10 pcslarge carrots diced into small pieces
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 spoonlemon juice
  • 2 spoongrounded ginger
  • You can add mango juice to add thickness and colour (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add carrots, sugar, ginger paste,and 1 litre cold water into the blender.

    Blend and sieve, add lemon juice and mango juice(optional) and serve chill.
